I stopped into SPAN in Crofton today, owned by the wonderful duo Tanya & Juaning, and I just have to share how incredible my visit was.
I tried their Salted Maple Latte and their Dulce de Leche Latte… and oh my goodness — absolute killer drinks. Smooth, cozy, perfectly balanced, and made with so much heart.

Today marks six incredible years since we opened the doors of our Duncan café — the very first Ironworks location and the heart of where it all began. ❤️🛠️☕️
What started as a tiny dream in 2019 has grown into a community hub filled with laughter, familiar faces, new friendships, thousands of coffees poured, and more crêpes than I could ever count. This little shop on Station Street has seen early-morning lineups, hectic days, quiet reflective moments, and some of the most unforgettable memories of my life.
To everyone who has walked through our doors — whether for your morning latte, a weekend treat, a study spot, or a place to feel at home — thank you. Your support, loyalty, and kindness are the reason this café is still thriving six years later. 💛
